Jim Elfline
Franchise Owner & President
Executive leader with extensive and successful experience in all facets of organizational and business development. Throughout his twenty-four year career in the nonprofit sector he has consistently created and delivered strategic development campaigns that generated revenue, has built brand awareness, and contributed to positive visibility. He has demonstrated results motivating others, constructing productive teams, and developing diverse collaborative relationships. He is a problem solver skilled at building consensus to garner positive outcomes. He is now applying that rich and diverse background to build a new business venture as the Owner and President of Keyrenter Premier Property Management.
Richard Diedrick
Designated Broker & Vice President, Operations
Richard has lived in the Valley since 1979 and has certainly witnessed some significant changes. As a sales manager for Motorola for many years, he became involved in real estate early on as a sideline and became active as a realtor on a full time basis in 1998. His education is in finance and accounting, so he is able to understand the financial side of real estate very well. As a home owner and investor in property himself, Richard understands how important this is for home owners. He receives a lot of satisfaction from representing clients from all walks of life, assisting them in what are, for most people, the largest and most important financial decisions they make, as well as sharing what he has learned over the years. It is his hope to share this with you as well.
Richard’s vision for Keyrenter Premier simple: “My goal in real estate is to leave every client better off for knowing me. If I can accomplish that it will be enough.”
Dena Avila
Property Manager
Dena is a native of Arizona from Phoenix. She has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Oregon University where she studied Business Administration. She brings five years of experience in real estate, specifically property management. Dena genuinely cares about her clients, and constantly strives to put their needs and goals above her own. She believes that this level of service is the key to building long-term relationships and the successful management of her client’s portfolio. She leads a healthy lifestyle and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, karaoke and is a passionate fan of our Coyotes, Cardinals, Diamondbacks and even the Suns!
